1. Object

The website justlana-handmade.com is published by the company Justlana, an individual business.

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to determine the rights and obligations that apply between Justlana and any person visiting or placing an order for products via the site. The Customer must read the T&Cs before placing any order, the latter being available on the Site at any time. The T&Cs may be modified without notice but the T&Cs applicable when the order is placed will be binding. Placing any order on the Site implies knowledge and acceptance by the Customer of all the stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions.

2- Items

All of the items offered on the Justlana-handmade.com website are made by hand. Some products available on the site can be made to order. Manufacturing times are 3 to 4 weeks depending on the order quantity.

3- Order management

The customer who orders on the site undertakes to be at least 18 years old and have the full capacity to commit to the General Terms and Conditions.

When the customer places his order, it will be considered effective after receipt of payment.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information he has transmitted, and in particular the bank details communicated to Justlana. The Customer is also solely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. He must immediately contact Justlana if he notices that his account is being used without his knowledge.

After taking the order, a confirmation and a summary will be sent by email to the email address provided by the buyer.

Justlana reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer regarding a previous order.

4- Price and payment

Justlana offers the sale of products whose description and prices are mentioned on the Site before the Customer orders.

Justlana presents the prices on the Site in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other taxes that may apply) but excluding shipping costs, participation in order processing costs and packaging costs if applicable.

The prices offered by Justlana on the Site are those in effect at the time of the order. However, Justlana is free to modify them at any time, upwards or downwards.

The Customer will provide Justlana with his bank details allowing payment, by credit card, of the amount due.

The communication by the Customer of his bank details constitutes authorization for Justlana to debit the Customer's account up to the amount of his order.

The Customer is required to pay the price of all the products placed in the basket at the time of validation of his order. The amount paid cannot be considered as a deposit or a deposit.

Justlana retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the Customer.

5- Delivery

The items are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering in Metropolitan France and Europe.

Justlana declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

Items in stock will be shipped within a maximum of 15 working days.

An email is sent to the customer to notify them of the dispatch of their order.

If necessary, the customer will have to wait for the Post Office to return the package to the sender so that the order can be reshipped to the correct address (any additional costs of this operation will be the responsibility of the buyer)

Shipping costs for France include a contribution to processing/packaging costs and postage costs.

Shipments will be made by La Poste with tracking (tracked letter or colissimo without signature).

Justlana declines all responsibility for possible delays, losses, theft or damage to items by La Poste.

6- Returns

For products in stock, returns must be made within 15 days by returning the parts for a credit or
an exchange.

The customer's product must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed.

For products made to order, returns are not accepted

7- Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the option of canceling his order according to the terms set out below.

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to notify Justlana of his intention to exercise his right of withdrawal, by accessing the returns portal .

In accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will have a period of fourteen (14) days from notification to Justlana of his intention to exercise his right to
withdrawal, to return the product in its original packaging and packaging allowing re-marketing in new condition.

Returned products will only be refunded by credit card, with the credit card used to pay for the online order.

If you wish to make a return and you live outside the European Union or the returns portal does not work for your order, the return is your responsibility.

8- Legal guarantees

It is up to the Customer to check the products upon receipt.

Justlana is bound by the legal guarantee relating to defects in the item sold, under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.

The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against defects in the item sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code. In this case, he can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.

9- Limit of liability

Justlana strives to ensure the availability of the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 10- Force majeure

12- Protection of personal data

15- Applicable law – competent jurisdiction

The French courts will have sole jurisdiction over any dispute between Justlana and the Customer, particularly concerning the formation of the General Terms and Conditions, their execution or their interpretation.
